I have once again stopped and started dieting and exercising. I get started, start feeling good, then inexplicably slow down and finally stop. Still trying to figure out why cause this has been going on for years. My muscles get sore, then I get tired from long days at work and feel too sluggish to put on the shorts, tee and sneakers once I get home. I have a manual treadmill, a step box, an old stationary bike, weights, videos and TV exercise shows at my fingertips… so what’s my problem? Still trying to figure it out!
